Niet. Volgens mij. Kunnen ze niet veel mee. In de P.C. Hooftstraat heb ik me laten vertellen dat de heren met de twee GTC's en S65 met Monegaskisch kenteken regelmatig te hard reden aangezien aangezien snelheidsboetes toch niet aankwamen in Monaco.
