I found this 2023 Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII EWB Series II parked on 58th Street in front of The Plaza on 4/2/2023 (photos 1-8) and driving on Madison Avenue on 6/10/2023 (photos 9-10). The guy in Photo 1 wanted me to take a picture of him in front of the car. I obliged, and in return, he tipped me $20 in cash. Not bad.
