Thanks, but I´m asking myself whether this evidently older car was re-registered only from the ordinary plate to the special one and the car has been already uploaded to AG before.

I dont think so... there are around 2-4 RRs sold as "used" outside from CR to CR per month. So maybe thats the case :)
