Very nice owner that told me this was no regular Macan Turbo. This is the Macan Turbo performance, a special variant released before the "Exclusive Performance Edition". It have 40hp more than the regular Macan Turbo, more option and bigger brakes. This one is a Swedish import, definitely a cool find for what seemed to be a regular Macan Turbo !
