Driving down Foss Island road was this stunning Elise S1, which looked especially different with the gold detailing and 'John Player Special' stickers. After a bit of research, this is actually a One of 22, Type 79 John Player Special model, based on the 111S model. A very rare car, and sounded very nice too. The owner also owns a Lotus 2 Eleven, hope to see that in York too one day!
