Well guys, here is Spot #3000. Woke up late one hot summer day on 7/28/2019 and decided to head over to Greenwich. I saw the red Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 parked in the L'Escale parking lot and decided to head over to take some pictures. Little did I know that just out of sight from the road was the only green Ferrari F40 in existence just casually parked in the lot. I was waiting to see this car on the road, and it finally happened! The owner usually shows up at a lot of local events. He has a Porsche 911 Singer, a Lancia Delta HF Integrale, a McLaren 675LT Spider Carbon Series, and his recently acquired Pagani Zonda F. I still have to catch the 911 Singer and the Pagani Zonda F on the road, but I'm sure it's bound to happen at some point. Here's to another 1000 spots! License plate: FH·533CL

Amazing spot! Red is a great color on an F40, but almost every one of them is in that color. This definitely looks very pretty and unique in combination with the tan interior.

Insane spot! It's amazing how great these still look 30 years later, so much better than the LaF or any current Ferrari. Congrats on 3,000 posts as well, that is an unreal milestone and really shows your commitment to car spotting.

Thank you everyone for the wonderful comments!! I did not expect this to blow up as much as it did comment-wise, so a huge thank you to all of you! Hopefully I can still continue to spot and upload photos in the near future.
@OPspotters hahahaha while I do wish there were more muscle cars here in Greenwich, I have recently started to enjoy the lower-end BMWs, Mercedes, Audis and Land Rovers here. I have started taking pictures of those and will probably upload them on my Flickr at some point. I hope I can get a shot at SOTY with this one but I doubt it will happen haha.

I really like this color on the F40! Although unfortunately it is not a factory color, it was originally red and then repainted by the previous owner here in Italy. A pity it has been sold, but certainly an advantage for you in the USA that you can see it around! Congrats for the spot and very beautiful pics as always! :)
