Found this awesome sounding beast in the Port of Helsinki, Länsisatama. The owner was clearly going to the customs house to get a tax reduction from the car. Car with these plates have to be abroad minimum of half a year. After the time, the owner gets the VAT(Value added-tax) off of his car. The advantage of doing this procedure can be very high in Finland, because taxes are usually from 10% to 50%. I'm sorry for the phonecamera quality.
