Kind of an unexpected spot: the new 2021 Bentley Bentayga V8. I found this parked at the Delamar Greenwich Harbor on 10/24/2020. It was still on manufacturer plates from Michigan! I'm not sure what it was doing here, but I'm glad I found it! It really does seem like Bentley is becoming more of a sports car company than a luxury car company these days, especially with how curved the new Bentayga looks. I guess the days of land yachts are gone.

Very nice early spot! I'm itching to see one of these myself.
I'mma have to disagree on the sports car part. They're all becoming to look about as well-made as the Mulsanne for less money. Better materials and no actual compromises to luxury (they ride better than before and have more amenities). But let's not forget Bentley started out as a more sporty brand than Rolls-Royce. Ultimately Bentleys are still more luxury than most "normal" brands but they offer a sportier edge than Rolls, and that's the way it's supposed to be. Hopefully the older style Mulsanne gets an appropriate replacement that is more land-yacht than sporty. But I feel there is nothing at all wrong with what they're doing otherwise. They seem like much better put together products than their predecessors.
